Hi, I’m Erin!

My passion

I’ve had a passion for pelvic health since the first time I learned about it in PT school. Never before had I heard that physical therapy could impact symptoms related to things like pee, poo, or sex. I was fascinated by this new world in front of me and decided to dive in head first.

After PT school, I went on to complete an intensive year-long residency in women’s health and became a board-certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist. Since then, I have had the pleasure of helping hundreds of women with pelvic floor dysfunction reduce their symptoms and become more confident in achieving their goals.

Over the years, I have developed a special love for prenatal and postpartum care. In order to better serve my patients, I became a Certified Childbirth Educator through CAPPA in 2023.

My purpose

Pelvic floor dysfunction has such a big impact on people’s lives, yet there is so little awareness around what can help.

  • Mothers are told that leaking or prolapse is just a part of motherhood.

  • Pain with intimacy is brushed off with recommendations to drink a glass of wine beforehand or “just relax”.

  • Conditions like endometriosis, painful bladder, or IBS are treated with medications or invasive procedures without also considering the role that pelvic floor therapy can play.

I have worked with countless women who finally find pelvic floor therapy months or years after their symptoms began. Women deserve better. With each person I get to work with, I hope to expand awareness for pelvic health just a little more until going to physical therapy for your pelvic floor is just as normal as going for your back or knee!

Get to know me

A love of the outdoors and longing for adventure is what drew me and my husband to California in 2018. In my free time, I find joy in hiking, camping, rock climbing, wine tasting, and traveling near and far. When not exploring, you can find me watching The Office or Great British Baking Show, reading a good book with a cat or two on my lap, or finding a new puzzle to solve.
